Iraq Debate

The House debate on the president's call for an increase in troops to secure Baghdad is further evidence of just how bankrupt the Congress has become. In order to declare their dissatisfaction with the president's policy, the Democrats and their "move on" Republican cronies are bloviating on how terrible this all is. At the same time, they want to make clear they do support the troops. Pardon me while I strap on my "bullshit-proof" boots to wade through this garbage. Imagine being a soldier stationed in Iraq. How comforting is it to know your representatives back home support you even though they think you are engaged in a worthless endeavor? Boy, wouldn't that make them feel loved and appreciated. The Democrats and their ilk are revolting!
